Some parts is not same as images shown, say capacitor now is Japan NCC brown 100u-400V instead (not BC-100U-400V) , coupling capacitance is RIFA cap.
This board can push 32-1200ohm headphone (suggest 50-600ohm),

The distance of potentiometer and headphone jack is 45mm
