Power supply voltage is detected when turn on. It will show voltage shortly in the bottom line (5V voltage regulator ), if not, it means that the circuit is not used precision voltage reference (2.5V, not 5V voltage, 5V voltage slightly but the margin of error does not affect the accuracy , and the software will automatically correct). Although the cost will be lower, it will affect the measurement accuracy:
1: Push a button to test and automatic power off . It is 20nA when cut off the current . Support battery operated.
2: Automatic detection PNP and NPN bipolar transistor, N, P-channel MOSFET, JFET field effect transistors, diodes, two diodes, thyristors, resistors, capacitors, inductors. Automatic detection of the current amplification factor (B) and pin definitions and turn-on voltage of the transistor emitter junction (Uf), Darlington transistor through a high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor identification.
3: can detect bipolar transistors and MOSFET protection diode inside and displayed on the screen. You can measure the threshold voltage and the gate capacitance of the MOSFET.
4: support two measuring resistors, potentiometers can also be measured. The maximum resolution is 0.1 ohm resistance measurement, the maximum measured value of 50M ohms.
5: capacitance measurement range from 25pf to 100mF (10 Wan UF). Resolution up to 1 pF. 0.09UF capacitance can be detected above the equivalent series resistance (ESR), a resolution of 0.01 ohms. Displays capacitor voltage loss value and increase individual-line capacitance ESR measurements, available online (on the circuit) direct measurement of capacitance and ESR capacity, easy maintenance troubleshooting capacitance.
6. inductance measurement range 0.01MH-20H, otherwise it will appear as resistance, if the inductor DC resistance is higher than 2100 ohm and also appears as the resistance.
7: two diodes can display symbols in the right direction, also shows the forward voltage drop. LED test diode forward voltage drop higher than normal. Dual LEDs detected as a double diode. Simultaneous detection LED flashes, very intuitive.
8: each test time is about two seconds, only large capacitance and large inductance measurements will take a long time.
How To Use
Resistor welding. If you are not familiar with the chromatic circles, please check the resistance with a multimeter.
Other components welding. Please make sure the transistor type and direction are correct.
Connect with power supply (9V battery or 5.5V-12V external DC power supply) . Then measure the voltage between pin 7 and pin 22 with a multimeter. If the voltage is +5V, it means the meter is working in normal condition.
Cut off the power supply, connect with LCD. When all installation finished, connect with the power supply.
