l Clean channel£º
Considering that some guitarists need to connect their monoblock effects, we carefully tuned the clean channel of Sahara MKII.
Before the 1 o'clock position, the volume of the Clean channel is clean and clear. After gradually turning the Volume to the 2 o'clock position, the tone starts to overload. With the Master knob, you will hear an extremely comfortable post-stage overload tone. (For your guitar, such as a large output guitar, the overload will be earlier, and a small guitar output, the overload will be later.) If you also connect your effects, this is a very good effect platform. Try to open the effect in Clean state, and then try to open the volume, and when the critical point of Clean and OD is reached, the sound cooperates with the effect. Music is always getting inspired!
Sahara MKII's Clean channel is also designed with Bright switch. If you need a brighter sound, you can turn on the Bright switch of Clean.
l Lead channel£º
This channel is what we usually call the DS tone channel. In this channel, we have designed two sound modes, Vintage and Modern, to obtain two different quality distorted sounds.
As the name suggests, Vintage's tone is closer to OD, Modern gain is larger, and it also adds a little high frequency. We think the Gain knob of the Lead channel is before the 1 o'clock position (do not turn on the Gain fully), or the guitar volume knob is turned off a little, the switch of this switch will have a very obvious change. Because the tone is the clearest in this state.
We used three strings of 09-42, 10-46, and 11-54 for experiments. We think that if you lower the strings to a full tone (D, A, F, C, G, D), then the strings of 11-54 perform well, showing a low and rough tone, and lowering the basis of a full tone. You can also lower the 6 string to C. In short, if you like to play lower strings, you should choose a thicker string.
